Kate is a practicing OBGYN physician with a background in business administration. She created the first educational certificate program for clinicians looking to break into and become involved with femtech. Through the Femtech Medical Consultant Certificate, Kate has helped experienced physicians obtain in-house and advisory roles at emerging femtech companies. Her work ensures that femtech companies build products that are clinically usable, inclusive, and scientifically accurate.
Lauren has a rich background in Human Resources, having worked with both small startups and large corporations. Her extensive experience in the corporate world has given her a unique perspective on organizational dynamics and employee well-being. Her professional life took a deeply personal turn when she led a large cancer benefit for Scalp Cooling, inspired by her mother’s battle with cancer. Witnessing firsthand the emotional and physical toll of the medical process on patients and their families, Lauren felt compelled to act.
Alison is the Founder of Growth Impact, partnering with startups, venture studios and investors in the innovation ecosystem, to develop, grow and fund health and wellness ventures. Prior to Growth Impact, Alison brings 15+ years of experience from Fortune 500 global consumer brands, including Apple and Nike.
